I have seen the same situation.
When I press the button [ACTIVE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW], it took me to the page: https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/index.jspa?ciscoHome=true
Is it correct?? Or should I do something to modify my CCO account to access those information?

Please be advised that the information in the "For Registered Users Only" page (https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/community/certifications/ccnp/bsci/for_registered_users_only) is a general overview and you are not required to register or login again if you have already done so. Once logged in, you can access the information under the "All Content" and "Documents" tab.
If you are still experiencing access issues relating to your inquiry, please provide detailed description of the issue.

Chose the option to "Use your existing Cisco.com ..."
took me to https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/index.jspa?ciscoHome=true
But when I went to https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/community/certifications/ccnp/bsci/for_registered_users_only it's still aking me to Register.
Please advise.

When trying to use the option "Use your existing Cisco.com account on the Cisco Learning Network" it takes me to the same page "https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/community/certifications/ccsp/snaf/for_registered_users_only?view=overview" which i clicked before.Please look into this problem.

When clicking Register Now on "https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/community/certifications/ccsp/snrs642-504/for_registered_users_only" it takes you to "https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/docs/DOC-3000".On this page when you click "Use your existing Cisco.com account on the Cisco Learning Network",it takes you "https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/index.jspa?ciscoHome=true" where the user gets logged on but unable to see the video and contents.When trying to access again it asking for registration once more.

I get "Unexpected error occured" when clicking on blue link to "activate your account"

If you are already logged into the Cisco Learning Network, you will have access to the practice exams, documents, Learning Modules, etc.
Some pages within the Cisco Learning Network may contain the following message "For Registered Users Only" which will be displayed for informational purposes and does not necessarily mean that you need to login again (if you are already logged in) or that you need additional access. The message informs users that some content may only be accessible by registered users and will be displayed even if a user is logged in.
