Liaison Manager has a combined role of Business Escalation, Service Enablement and Business Engagement to Stakeholders (Customer, Partner and internal Sales team).
Business Engagement area
Objective: Promote Technical Services (TS) business growth by being a strategic partner of Sales team/Partners/Customer through proper positioning of Service model & offer that address customer challenges
1.Act as the TS representative on assigned territory - internally and externally.
2.Provide visibility to stakeholders on TS initiatives, process & updates to enhance collaboration
3.Promote the Focused New Service (revised from time to time) in the territory
4.Facilitate the other business function (e.g. Business development manager /Program Manager) program communication & execution in the territory.
5.Provide market intelligent & requirement to TS Program team
6.Engage in sales planning & Key opportunity support to Services sales team
Business Escalation area
Objective: Drive the agility of TS in addressing the customer issues at high business impact incident
1.As the Business Escalation point for Sales team / Partner in case standard escalation process does not work out.
2.Provide visibility to TS & Sales management regarding the key account support issues / deficiency
3.Initiate a programmatic approach in elevated management level with recommendation & initiatives that can drive through and address the root causes
Service Enablement area
Objective: Enable the Stakeholders about TS guideline and process for effectively engagement with TS
1.Provide support and guidance to Stakeholders on TS direction, processes.
2.Based on the Territory situation, formulate the enablement strategy and drive executions with TS resources.
Professional profile and skills required
1.Veteran in Multinational IT company especially in Sales/Marketing/Services in 5-10 year
2.Bachelor degree or above with strong analytical mind in any discipline: business management/IS/IT/Engineering/with CCIE is a plus
3.Experience in writing business report in English & Chinese and Fluent in oral presentation
4.Good Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skill.
5.Strong sense of ownership, willing to challenge the "status quote" and be the leader in driving changes.
6.Self-driven and objective-oriented
7.Innovative & Analytical thinking - ability to articulate in holistic and different perspectives
8.Can work effectively in a highly virtual/leveraged organization and ambiguous situation by building common goal & translate business objectives into actions.
